Delivery & returns

Most orders across Doha arrive within 45–60 minutes of being placed. During peak hours or for addresses at the edge of our coverage, delivery may take a little longer — you’ll always see a live estimate and can track your courier in real time.

Delivery is free on orders over QAR 99. For orders below that, a flat QAR 15 delivery fee applies. Any active free-delivery promotion will be reflected automatically at checkout.

We currently deliver across all major residential and commercial zones in Doha, including West Bay, The Pearl-Qatar, Lusail, Al Waab, and Msheireb. If your address falls outside our express zone, our team will arrange the fastest available courier and let you know the timing before your order is dispatched.

If a piece doesn’t fit or isn’t right, you have 7 days to return it. Log a return from your profile or contact our team, and a courier will collect the item from your door — often the same day.

Items should be unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition. Once we’ve received and checked the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, or we’ll arrange an exchange. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
